Jersey girl Rachel Millman NOW resides in NYC. She graduated from Penn State (BA Communication) in 2008 and decided to team up with KeyMedia Group to release her critically acclaimed debut EP IF I BELIEVE in 2009. 2011 provided her TV debut on NBC’s Weekend Today in New York, a performance at Feinstein’s and her rendition of the national anthem at Citi Field for the Mets vs. Phillies game.
